Golf
- There will be no charge for Member’s use of the golf course. Green fees for guests will be charged in an amount to be fixed from time to time by the Board of Directors.
- All players must use a golf cart except when excused by the Head Golf Professional.
- The cart rental fee is for a minimum of 9 holes or any part thereof.
- Any non-owner of a private cart who wishes to ride along in a private golf cart will be charged the appropriate rider fee.
- Members or guests using golf carts agree to hold the Club safe and harmless for any claims for injuries or damages which may be made by any person against the user by reason of the negligent operation or parking of said cart during the period of the lease or custody of the cart. The user also agrees to pay for any and all damage to the cart.
- All operators of golf carts, both privately owned and Club-owned, within Old Baldy Village must be 16 years of age or older.
- Owners of private golf carts used on the Old Baldy Golf Course will be assessed an annual Trail Fee as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.
- The Rules of Golf as defined by the USGA are applicable to play at the Club with Club modifications.
- The Head Golf Professional may, at his discretion, allow members to walk and carry their own bag after 1:30 p.m.
- Each player must play out of his own golf bag.
